She plays a pivotal role in establishing and leading one of China's largest import furniture retailers. With over 20 years of experience, she guided the company's growth from a soft furnishing wholesaler to a renowned home furnishing retailer specializing in luxury brands. Under her leadership, the company achieved significant market recognition. She has experience in various departments, including Finance, Information Management, Human Resources, Logistics and Warehousing, New Store Expansion, Business Development, and Production Management, which contributed to the company's operational efficiency and success. Mrs. Tang's skills encompass retail management, financial analysis, strategic planning, operations, team leadership, and information management systems implementation.
